Patient Survey Results – Thank You for Your Feedback

We are pleased to share the results of our latest patient survey at Pendleside Medical Practice.

A total of 600 patients responded.

• 97% of patients rated their experience as positive
• 1% reported a negative experience
• 2% felt neutral or were unsure

What you told us

• Very Good: 540 patients
• Good: 44 patients
• Neither good nor poor: 6 patients
• Poor: 1 patient
• Very poor: 3 patients
• Don’t know: 6 patients

This means that over 9 out of 10 patients rated their experience as “Very Good”, which is something our whole team is incredibly proud of.

Listening and improving

While we are encouraged by these results, we recognise that not every experience was positive. We take all feedback seriously and are committed to learning from it to improve our services for everyone.
