Patient Survey Results – Thank You for Your Feedback

At Pendleside Medical Practice, we value every piece of feedback we receive. The NHS Friends and Family Test (FFT) helps us understand what we’re doing well and where we can continue to improve our services.

What the results tell us

We are delighted that 97% of patients who responded rated their experience positively, demonstrating the high standard of care our team strives to provide every day.

We also recognise that a small number of patients did not have the experience they expected. We carefully review all feedback we receive to identify opportunities for improvement and to ensure we continue to provide safe, compassionate, and accessible care for everyone.
